We purchased our new 2021 Indian Springfield after many years of riding various other brands of bikes.

In these times of poor retail customer service elsewhere, the team at Wolf's cycle is far from that. It was so refreshing to deal with the team at Wolf's!

When we purchased our Springfield, part of the sales deal was to have the passenger seat height modified. Mark went out of his way to make this happen and had a custom shop in London do the job. It turned out perfect. Mark also ensured that we were fully satisfied before making the deal. Jacqui handled the paper work transactions in a friendly, professional manner. She even helped my wife pick out some Indian apparel.

Darren was also a great person to deal with. He delivered our new bike in a closed-in trailer to our house and loaded up my trade-in bike to take back to the shop. He also went out of his way to source a GPS mount with a USB outlet and had it installed.

The sales and service team at this dealership are some of the best people we've ever dealt with. It's nice to be called by your first name and offered a free coffee whenever we enter the shop.

We're sad the hear that Mark is leaving the dealership, but we wish him all the best in future endeavors. Mark and his team along with the quality products they sell are some of the reasons we will continue to deal with Wolf's Cycle

Purchased a Used Slingshot SLR from Wolf, The owner Mark was Very Helpful accommodating and straight up. Just returned from a road trip of 5,250 km (East Coast), The SS was everything I had hoped it would be, unfortunately and the last day on my way home the check engine light came on. After checking all the critical capacities, I could not find the cause. I called the nearest dealer who was of little help with determining the issue, they were due to close before I could get me there. I inquired about storage and was informed they could not help. I called Mark at WOLF and he very quickly got a service Tech on the line to help, after pulling up the trouble code he determined that the problem was the ETC system. This pretty much meant a Flatbed home. We had traveled through torrential downpours on the 401 prior to the incident so we were taken home and I let the SS dry out for a couple of days and cleared the code and the cycle has been fine since. I wish Mark and Wolf all the continued success they earned it, one business owner to another!

Bought a 2023 1250 GS. Bike is amazing, buying experience was a lot of fun. Unlike most dealers where there is pressure to buy, I looked over a period of 5 months and visited the store multiple times. Staff was eager to answer questions and let you look to make sure you picked the right bike for you. I would highly recommend Wolf to anyone looking for a bike, they are honest and straightforward to deal with which these days is refreshing .

I bought a 2003 R1150R from Wolf and I am very happy with the bike and especially pleased with the treatment Mark and his team provided. Even if there was a little glitch, they made sure it was made right. Buy with confidence from Wolf, you won't be disappointed.

Back in Nov 2022 I decided after 30 years it was time to purchase another motorcycle. After much research online I made the decision it was going to be the 2023 BMW 310 GS. Living in Chatham, Lodon was the closest dealership. I met with Mark and Jaqui in Nov 2022 at that time left them with a deposit for the 310 GS as they had a white one arriving in Feb 2023. Fast forward to Feb 2023 my new 310 GS arrived and it was exactly what I had hoped for, except the handle bars were a little low of me as i am 6'2", that was no problem at all as I had them install a 2 inch handle bar riser for me. I also ended up ordering a New Leather BMW jacket to go along with the bike. The first arrived in a timely fashion but it was a little to small, again no problem as Jaqui went to work and found me one in a larger size, with in a week. I asked them to hold the bike for me until the end of March and they did. I picked it up March 31 and I have already clocked almost 840 kms on my new GS and I absolutely love the bike, its everything I was hoping for and more.

Its been an amazing experience ! I will soon me bringing my GS in for its first service and I know without a doubt it will again be a great experience. I am completely over joyed with my purchase and my experience from Wolf BMW.

Everything about this dealership, sales, accessories, helmet purchase is top notch. Even though I live near Barrie, the London location had Slingshots available for me to test drive so I decided to purchase my Slingshot in London. Even with the delay in delivery from Polaris, I had options and Mark was always available to support the process, never any pressure. Jacqui helped us with helmet fitting giving us the final decision on choice. Darren gets the job done when it came to the accessories, delivery of the machine and thoroughly went through the operations in detail. When this dealership says dont hesitate to call they mean it and follow through 100%.

This is the fourth BMW bike I've owned over the years. Love this bike. The entire experience from beginning to end at Wolf was great, not least because everyone I met at Wolf was very courteous and efficient. My ride home with the bike was the first ride of the year and the day happened to be rainy (very heavily, rainy at times), beginning an hour into the ride on secondary highways. It was also only about ten degrees out, so I found the handling of the bike and the wind and rain protection to be a real plus. I was riding almost to the eastern end of Ontario to get home and I found the comfort on the bike to be excellent over the eleven hour days ride. I needed to stop at Cobourg for the night as darkness was settling in and then the next morning I rode on the 401 for the remaining three hours to home. Handling on the 401 was very stable, even when following or passing the semi's. The weight is low on the bike, which helps with the stability and the electrically height-adjustable windshield is great. I was expecting to have tightness in the legs and hips after so much time in the saddle on a first ride of the year. But the lack thereof, I must attribute to the ride position and saddle comfort of the R1200RT. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you Wolf BMW.

Great service, friendly helpful staff

This from a former H-D Ultra Classic rider . . . started looking for a new bike and found Wolf Motorrad in London, selling BMWs (as well as Indian MCs). Dropped in to see what they had late summer of 2020 and was immediately offered a 2018 R1200RT to take out for a test ride. No pressure or hassles as I went out for a nice ride. Hummed and hawed about getting an in-stock 2020 R1250RT but decided to wait to see what 2021 model would be. Was notified immediately by Mark at Wolf once the 2021 model came out but due to the world pandemic situation a lot of things were up in the air, as for manufacturing and availability etc.

Long story short . . . dropped into the Wolf Motorcycles again in mid April and Mark advised me that he had a shipment of 2021 R1250RTs coming in. I put my money down and waited eagerly for the bike to arrive from Germany. I requested and received regular updates from Mark and finally, late June she arrived along with many others.

Not living within public transit range of the dealer they were ready to accommodate my by either picking me up at home or delivering the bike to me. Situation changed and I was able to pick up my bike on a Thursday and between Jacqui and Mark, all things went smooth and effortlessly, from the paperwork as well as Mark doing a walk through of the bike, showing me all the bells & whistles and making sure I had no questions before I rode away on my brand new bike.

I was ready for my 1,000 km break-in service and dropped into Wolf Motorcycles on July 1 to schedule an appointment. Darren (Service Mngr) asked if I had time right now and they did the first service right then and there while I waited. Had a complimentary beverage while waiting and all things when quick, smooth and effortlessly.

I can not say enough about the friendliness of the staff, from sales right through to admin and service. Everyone made me feel welcome and once I had taken delivery I felt part of the family.

Reason for some of my 4-star ratings are not reflecting on Wolf Motorcycles or their staff, as much as it is with the experience we are all put through due to world pandemic and local government restrictions etc.

Would I buy a bike there again, or return to Wolf for my bikes service? Most definitely. If in the London area, make sure to make Wolf your stop for BMW Motorrad (and Indian) needs.

Ive now had the bike for just shy of two weeks and am coming up on 2,000 kms.

Last fall Jacqui sold me a pair of BMW vented boots, and today she sold me a BMW cooling vest. These are the two best accessories that I have purchased for summer riding. I tried the cooling vest on my ride home and it is fantastic. Even helped me tolerate London city riding, but it is at highway speed that the vest perform its best.

Having bought one bike from the Wolf team, it was inevitable that we would be back one day to buy again, and having just had our new bike delivered from the team, we can say without doubt that they all are a credit to motorcycling and dealers. Their welcome in the new showroom was warm, and from Mark to Jacqui and Dave, it was a really seamless transaction from start to finish.A true 5 star experience. Thanks to you all.

Most of us will not plunk down a bundle of cash without seeing the merchandise that we are buying. Mark the Dealer Principle at Wolf, provided me with a purchase experience such that I had no problem buying "sight unseen". Been riding for plus 20 years and I have bought several bikes of different makes from various dealers and this time, buying from Wolf was unreservedly my best experience!

I recently found myself in the market for a new bike and there was no question that I had to include Wolf BMW as one of my search dealerships. A friend of mine had purchased his bike at Wolf late last year and had nothing but good to say about Mark and his team. I knew that I wanted an F800GT so I did my due diligence by going to other Motorad dealers but when I went to Wolf there was no question that I was buying my bike from Mark. I've spent the past two weeks dealing with Mark Minnie of Wolf BMW, and it's been an incredible experience.Mark's commitment to his customers goes above and beyond other dealerships that I've worked with. Where other dealers (BMW in particular) have snaked their way around deals and promotions, Mark was always the first to let me know about the good offers, available to me. Everything is face value, you get what's offered to you. There's no manager that has to be consulted, no Car-side to please. It's going to be a long 190km of QEW from Toronto to get serviced, but given my experience so far, I don't think I'll mind.160 of their finest horses will help too.
